This plugin swaps Allies and Axis Teams at Round End after X rounds. Since latest update you can also determine via convar if the teamscore swaps too.
CONVARS:
[*] sm_dod_swapteams - <2/#> = Enables/Disables sm_dod_swapteams <0 to disable | # of rounds> (Default: 2)
[*] sm_dod_swapscore - <1/0> = Enable/disable swap teamscore <0 to disable | 1 enable> (Default: 1)
