DoD:S Grenade Spawn Protection 1.3.1

This plugin blocks the damage and stun effect of a grenade that detonates inside a player's spawn. Credit also goes to
Leitwolf that requested this plugin.

*Thanks to vintage we now have French & German translations!

Requirements:
•SDK Hooks

ConVars:
•sm_grenadeprotection_enabled - Enable/Disable Grenade Protection. (Default: 1)
•sm_grenadeprotection_maxdistance - Maximum distance a player can be away from spawn without taking any damage from grenades. (Default: 500)
•sm_grenadeprotection_displaymessage - Enable/Disable showing text message to attacker. (Default: 1)
