Its a bit bugged tho in CSGO.

Also Im not sure why but when players die, it revert back to normal mododels while they fall to the ground dead.
Soo with this model I have a normal CT model in a dress.

Using this plugin:

I cant even see the model at all for some reason (I see other models)

And last, you missed an "o" as in (sOphia not sphia) in:

models\player\custom_player\xmas\sophia\sphia_t.vvd

Seems like you missed some files......
