Everyone looks like big red boxes that simply says "ERROR"
Any idea of what im doing wrong?

I am 99% sure I installed everything correctly.

I'm using your sm_skinchooser plugin, i installed this plugin successfully but i noticed in first person i can't see a difference in hand/arm changes. Did i install it wrong? or there is no changes in the first person hands?
